Searching recipient segments by tags when creating newsletters 🏷️

At the request of one of our clients, at the stage of creating newsletters, we’ve added the ability to filter recipient segments by tags. From now on, in the Recipients tab, you will find a new field that will allow you to filter existing lists and segments.
