You pick the products you want, and the editor renders them using data from your product feed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Use this when you want to feature specific items, such as a new collection, bestsellers, or a curated set.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:var(--wp--preset--spacing--10)\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"before-you-start\">Before you start<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You need at least one active website with a configured product catalog.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products from catalog option is available in email newsletters, A\/B emails, scenario emails, pop-ups, and banners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:var(--wp--preset--spacing--10)\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"adding-product-bloc-with-catalog-selection\">Adding a \u2018Products\u2019 block with catalog selection<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In the drag &amp; drop editor, drag the\u00a0<strong>Products<\/strong>\u00a0block into your content.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the right panel, open the\u00a0<strong>Select type<\/strong>\u00a0dropdown and choose\u00a0<strong>Catalog products<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Under\u00a0<strong>Select website<\/strong>, select the website whose catalog you want to browse.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The website with the lowest ID is pre-selected by default.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Changing the website clears any products you&#8217;ve already selected.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click\u00a0<strong>Select products<\/strong>\u00a0to open the product picker.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>[SCREENSHOT: Right panel with &#8220;Select type&#8221; dropdown set to &#8220;Catalog products&#8221; and the &#8220;Select products&#8221; button visible]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"selecting-products-in-the-picker\">Selecting products in the picker<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The product picker shows up to 50 products from your catalog at once. Search and filter to find what you&#8217;re looking for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In the\u00a0<strong>All<\/strong>\u00a0tab, browse or search products by name, ID, or category.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click a product card to select it. Selected products are highlighted with a pink border.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Switch to the\u00a0<strong>Selected <\/strong>tab at any time to review your full product selection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use the\u00a0<strong>Available<\/strong>\u00a0filter to show only in-stock products (default) or all products regardless of availability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use the sort controls to order products alphabetically by name or by ID.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When you&#8217;re done, click\u00a0<strong>Save<\/strong>\u00a0to apply the selection and close the picker.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>You can select <strong>up to 20 products per block<\/strong>. Once you reach the limit, unselected product cards become non-clickable until you remove some from your selection. To remove a product, click it in the&nbsp;<strong>Selected products<\/strong>&nbsp;tab or use&nbsp;<strong>Clear all<\/strong>&nbsp;to start over.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"managing-selected-products\">Managing selected products<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>After saving, your selected products appear as a list in the right panel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Reorder<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 drag the handle next to a product to change its display order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Remove<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 click the delete button next to a product to remove it from the list immediately.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Edit selection<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 click\u00a0<strong>Select products<\/strong>\u00a0again to reopen the picker with your current selection pre-loaded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"how-products-appear-in-the-editor-working-space\">How products appear in the editor working space<a href=\"#how-products-appear-in-the-editor-working-space\" class=\"not-prose content-heading-link\">#<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Until you select products, the working space shows a placeholder with a cart icon and the text&nbsp;<em>&#8220;Select products in block settings.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After selecting products, the editor renders each product card using the data captured at the time of selection \u2013 image, name, price, and other configured fields. All other <strong>Products<\/strong> block settings (layout, colors, price display options) work the same as with other block types.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"displaying-products-in-the-content\">The editor working space shows a snapshot of product data from the moment of selection. If your catalog changes later (price update, new image), the canvas won&#8217;t refresh automatically. To update the display, remove the affected products and re-add them from the picker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Catalog-product-in-scenario-emails\">Using \u2018Catalog products\u2019 in the scenario emails<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When using a \u2018Catalog products\u2019 option inside a\u00a0<strong>scenario email<\/strong>, the website selected in the block must match the website configured in the scenario&#8217;s start point. If they don&#8217;t match, you&#8217;ll see an error notification when saving the scenario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For&nbsp;<strong>banners and pop-ups<\/strong>, the website is taken from the content&#8217;s basic settings, not from the block itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"limits-and-coexisting-with-recommendations\">Limits and coexistence with Recommendations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li id=\"blovk-limits-and-recommentation-\">You can add <strong>up to<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>5 &#8216;Products from catalog&#8217; blocks<\/strong>\u00a0in a single content.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products from catalog blocks can coexist with Recommendations-type blocks in the same content.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"product-goes-out-of-stock-before-sending\">What happens if a product goes out of stock before sending?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The email uses the product data captured at the time of selection. A product being out of stock or removed from the catalog does not block the send \u2013 the message is always delivered.
