It facilitates building an efficient subscribers\u2019 database.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Double opt-in involves collecting email addresses via a subscription form and sending a <strong>confirmation message<\/strong> to verify the recipient&#8217;s data before adding them to the list. It contains a link that the recipient must click if they want to receive messages from you.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When are subscription confirmation messages used? They are sent, e.g., after completing the <strong>registration form<\/strong> on your website or after adding customer data to our platform via API.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We provide each new account in ExpertSender Customer Data Platform with a system confirmation message, marked as <strong>Default<\/strong> <strong>message<\/strong>. Use it if your subscription confirmation page is not ready yet.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>If you want to use your own confirmation page:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"1\">\n<li>In the side panel, select <strong>Settings<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Landing<\/strong> <strong>pages<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\">\n<li>In the <strong>Subscription confirmation pages<\/strong> section, in the <strong>Subscription successful <\/strong>field, paste the link to the custom page you have created.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>In the same section, you will also find a field for a link to a page informing that a given address already exists in your database. When creating a confirmation message, use the dynamic content of the <strong>Confirmation link<\/strong>.<strong> <\/strong>And that&#8217;s it! Enter <strong>AwaitingConfirmation<\/strong>, which means that the consent is waiting for confirmation from the client.
