You will see the following view:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.expertsender.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/1554108397454-report_sms_subscribers_EN.png\" style=\"width: truepx;\" class=\"fr-fic fr-dib fr-bordered fr-fil\"><\/p>\n<p>The subscriber report indicates:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>List size<\/strong> &#8211; the total number of subscribers in a list at the end of a period;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Growth&nbsp;<\/strong>&#8211; the difference between the number of added and deleted users; it can take a negative value;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Added&nbsp;<\/strong>&#8211; the total number of subscribers added into the database in the analyzed period;\n<ul>\n<li><strong>UI&nbsp;<\/strong>&#8211; subscribers entered into the system manually;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Import&nbsp;<\/strong>&#8211; subscribers added via import or via automatic tasks;<\/li>\n<li><strong>API&nbsp;<\/strong>&#8211; subscribers added via the API;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Web&nbsp;<\/strong>&#8211; subscribers who filled out a web form;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Removed&nbsp;<\/strong>&#8211; the total number of subscribers who have left the base in the analyzed period;\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Opt-out<\/strong> &#8211; subscribers who click on the ExpertSender <a href=\"353810-what-should-i-include-in-a-message#unsubscribe\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"\"><em>Unsubscribe&nbsp;<\/em><\/a>link;<\/li>\n<li><strong>User&nbsp;<\/strong>&#8211; subscribers removed from the system manually (via the UI);<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bounce limit<\/strong> &#8211; subscribers who have reached the limit of soft bounces (to set up this value, select <strong>Settings&nbsp;<\/strong>&gt; <strong>Business Unit<\/strong> &gt; <strong>General<\/strong> from the left-hand navigation and enter the required value under <em>Soft bounce limit<\/em>);<\/li>\n<li><strong>Spam&nbsp;<\/strong>&#8211; people who clicked on the <em>Spam&nbsp;<\/em>button in the mail client interface;<\/li>\n<li><strong>User unknown<\/strong> &#8211; subscribers removed from the database due to a nonexistent email address (hard bounce);<\/li>\n<li><strong>Blacklist&nbsp;<\/strong>&#8211; subscribers who have clicked on the <em>Spam&nbsp;<\/em>button in the email client interface and those whom you have added to the blacklist yourself within the ExpertSender platform;<\/li>\n<li><strong>API&nbsp;<\/strong>&#8211; subscribers removed via the API;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bots&nbsp;<\/strong>&#8211; bots that fall into the trap (<em>spam decoy<\/em>) when filling out a subscription form (see <a href=\"345254-webforms\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"\">Webforms<\/a> for more detail);<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"display:none;\">ready_for_review<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":5,"featured_media":8957,"parent":0,"menu_order":123,"template":"","format":"standard","emp-category":[135],"class_list":["post-6702","es","type-es","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","emp-category-reports"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/help.expertsender.com\/pl\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/es\/6702","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/help.expertsender.com\/pl\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/es"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/help.expertsender.com\/pl\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/es"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/help.expertsender.com\/pl\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/5"}],"version-history":[{"count":2,"href":"https:\/\/help.expertsender.com\/pl\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/es\/6702\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":8958,"href":"https:\/\/help.expertsender.com\/pl\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/es\/6702\/revisions\/8958"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/help.expertsender.com\/pl\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/8957"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/help.expertsender.com\/pl\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=6702"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"emp-category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/help.expertsender.com\/pl\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/emp-category?post=6702"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
