Personalization tags<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/a>\u00a0 <\/strong>are useful for creating targeted emails that include personal information about your subscribers.\u00a0<\/span><\/o_p><\/p>\n

A personalization tag acts as a text template you insert into your email. When email is sent, the tag is replaced with a corresponding content, such as subscriber\u2019s first name, last name, or coordinates.<\/span><\/o_p><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

To add a subscriber\u2019s first name to your email using the new Drag&Drop editor, follow these simple steps:<\/span><\/o_p><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 1.Open the Drag&Drop editor.\u00a0<\/span><\/o_p><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 2.Go to Content menu > Blocks<\/strong>.<\/span><\/o_p><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 3.Drag and drop a Text<\/strong> block onto the working space.\u00a0<\/span><\/o_p><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 4.If you already have a prepared email template, navigate to the text area where you want to insert the personalization tag.<\/span><\/o_p><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 5.Choose the location in the text where you want to insert the personalization tag.<\/span><\/o_p><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 6.Click the Personalization tag\u00a0<\/strong>option in the text edit toolbar<\/strong> above the email template.\u00a0<\/span><\/o_p><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 7.A window will open. Select the desired tag you want to add to your email. In this case, we will choose *[subscriber_firstname]*, which will be replaced with the subscriber\u2019s name once the message is sent.<\/span><\/o_p><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>8.Save<\/strong> your work.<\/span><\/o_p><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 9.Your personalized email message is now ready to be sent to your subscribers.\u00a0<\/span><\/o_p><\/p>\n
