To access your templates, select <strong>Email Messages<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Templates&nbsp;<\/strong>from the left-hand navigation. You will see all the headers and footers you have saved.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.expertsender.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/1551867166840-templates_EN.png\" style=\"width: truepx;\" class=\"fr-fic fr-dib fr-bordered fr-fil\"><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>To create a new header or footer:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Select the <strong>Create new header<\/strong> or <strong>Create new footer<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<li>Enter the name of the template in the <strong>Template name<\/strong> field.<\/li>\n<li>The default option is to compose your template in HTML.&nbsp;\n<ul>\n<li>If you feel comfortable with HTML, you may select <strong>Simple HTML editor<\/strong>. Then you need to type your code (e.g. &lt;p&gt;&#8230;&lt;\/p&gt; and &lt;strong&gt;&#8230;&lt;\/strong&gt;) on your own.<\/li>\n<li>You may also select <strong>Visual HTML editor<\/strong>. Type the content of the template. Add appropriate structure and style using the editor toolbar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>If your subscribers may try to read your message on a simple device which cannot display HTML structure correctly, you may also formulate a plain text version of the template.
