You will be taken to the Web Push Newsletter wizard.<\/li>\n<li>In the first step of the wizard, choose the default option (plain editor) and click <strong>Next<\/strong>.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.expertsender.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/1559556702416-web_push_step_1_EN.png\" style=\"width: truepx;\" class=\"fr-fic fr-dib fr-fil fr-bordered\">\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4 id=\"\"><a href=\"#\" class=\"not-prose content-heading-link\">#<\/a><\/h4>\n<h4 id=\"compose-your-message\">Compose your message<a href=\"#compose-your-message\" class=\"not-prose content-heading-link\">#<\/a><\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Enter the subject of the notification.<\/li>\n<li>Enter the text of the Web Push notification. Click the <strong>Text Editor<\/strong> icon to access the editor, or choose <strong>Reuse Message<\/strong> to copy content from another message. Please keep in mind that you may use <a href=\"368888-personalization-tags\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"\">Personalization Tags<\/a> and <a class=\"currently-active\" href=\"https:\/\/sites.google.com\/expertsender.com\/dynamic-content-documentation\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Dynamic Content<\/a> here!<br \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.expertsender.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/1559560401022-1559560401022.jpeg\" class=\"fr-fic fr-dii fr-bordered\">\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4 id=\"\"><a href=\"#\" class=\"not-prose content-heading-link\">#<\/a><\/h4>\n<h4 id=\"link-your-notification-to-your-offers\">Link your notification to your offers<a href=\"#link-your-notification-to-your-offers\" class=\"not-prose content-heading-link\">#<\/a><\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Under <em>Link<\/em>, enter the link to which the user will be redirected after clicking the notification.<\/li>\n<li>Under <em>Images<\/em>, specify the icon which will be displayed in the notification. The supported file formats are .jpg and .png (.svg is currently not supported). The recommended resolution is at least 192x192px and for Chrome, 360x240px or 720x480px. The icon is used for counting the number of notification displays.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.expertsender.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/1559558059841-web_push_step_2-2_images_EN.png\" class=\"fr-fic fr-dib fr-fil fr-bordered\">\n<\/li>\n<li>Under <em>Actions<\/em>, specify one or two actions which will be embedded in the notification (for example, &#8220;Get a discount&#8221;, &#8220;Subscribe to a newsletter&#8221;, etc.). You may associate each action with a link and, optionally, an image.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.expertsender.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/1559558885732-web_push_step_2-3_actions_EN.png\" style=\"width: truepx;\" class=\"fr-fic fr-dib fr-fil fr-bordered\">\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4 id=\"\"><a href=\"#\" class=\"not-prose content-heading-link\">#<\/a><\/h4>\n<h4 id=\"polish-test-and-preview\">Polish, test and preview<a href=\"#polish-test-and-preview\" class=\"not-prose content-heading-link\">#<\/a><\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>You may also explore some additional options offered by the system:\n<div class=\"f-accordion-panel fr-inner\">\n<h2 id=\"google-analytics\">Google Analytics<a href=\"#google-analytics\" class=\"not-prose content-heading-link\">#<\/a><\/h2>\n<p>If you use Google Analytics, you may integrate it with your ExpertSender messages in order to gain access to the insights offered by this tool. Simply check <strong>Enable Google Analytics<\/strong> and fill in the fields. To learn more about Google Analytics integration, read <a href=\"348595-use-google-analytics-with-expert-sender\" title=\"\">Use Google Analytics with ExpertSender<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"f-accordion-panel fr-inner\">\n<h2 id=\"require-interaction\">Require interaction<a href=\"#require-interaction\" class=\"not-prose content-heading-link\">#<\/a><\/h2>\n<p>You may choose to require interaction from your user. If you check this field, the notification will disappear only after the user clicks or dismisses it.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"f-accordion-panel fr-inner\">\n<h2 id=\"url-integrations\">URL integrations<a href=\"#url-integrations\" class=\"not-prose content-heading-link\">#<\/a><\/h2>\n<p>URL integrations enable you to add custom information to the URLs in your message. For instance, you may include a personalization tag or any other variable. Later, you may use this information to carry out statistical analysis. To learn more about URL integrations, click <a href=\"345256-settings#urlintegrations\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"\">URL integrations<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"f-accordion-panel fr-inner\">\n<h2 id=\"live-preview\">Live preview<a href=\"#live-preview\" class=\"not-prose content-heading-link\">#<\/a><\/h2>\n<p>With the <strong>Live preview<\/strong> utility you may verify how your message will be displayed for a specific email address. Live preview is particularly useful if you want to test your Dynamic Content. For example, you may check if a subscriber will receive a message with their name displayed properly.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>If you are not satisfied with the result, continue editing your notification. Otherwise, click Next.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><\/p>\n<h4 id=\"add-recipients\">Add recipients<a href=\"#add-recipients\" class=\"not-prose content-heading-link\">#<\/a><\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Select the subscriber list or segment you want to send your notification to.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.expertsender.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/1559569851126-choose_subscriber_list_NO_SEED_SUPPRESSION_EN.png\" style=\"width: truepx;\" class=\"fr-fic fr-dib fr-fil fr-bordered\">\n<\/li>\n<li>In order to double-check how many recipients will receive your message, select <strong>Recount recipients<\/strong> at the bottom of the page.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Next\u00a0<\/strong>to proceed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><\/p>\n<h4 id=\"choose-delivery-settings\">Choose delivery settings<a href=\"#choose-delivery-settings\" class=\"not-prose content-heading-link\">#<\/a><\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Select the <strong>Sending start date<\/strong> for your message and the <strong>Time Zone<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>The option <strong>Override delivery cap<\/strong> refers to the limit on the number of notifications which may be sent to one subscriber within a given period of time. Delivery capping by default prevents your subscribers from being flooded with too many messages and it is advisable to set a sensible cap for each list (see <a href=\"345251-managing-lists\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"\">Managing lists<\/a> for more information). However, if you need to send more than one message to a subscriber within a short period of time, allow the cap to be overridden so that your message will not be blocked even in case it reaches the limit.<\/li>\n<li>Select the appropriate method of message delivery. <strong>Throttling\u00a0<\/strong>slows down the delivery of your message and allows you to adjust sending time to the number of receivers. With a large subscriber list, it is advisable to throttle the notification for technical reasons, i.e. in order not to flood the server with too many requests at once. By choosing throttling you may still deliver all of your notifications, albeit some of them with a small delay.<\/li>\n<li>You may also add some tags to your notifications, such as &#8220;discount&#8221; or &#8220;special offer&#8221;. Later on, you may use a tag to find a specific notification more easily, or to create a segment of subscribers who, for example, have already received a &#8220;special offer&#8221; notification.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4 id=\"\"><a href=\"#\" class=\"not-prose content-heading-link\">#<\/a><\/h4>\n<h4 id=\"send_message\">You&#8217;re almost there!<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Carefully analyze the summary. If you would like to make any changes to the notification content, selection of recipients or delivery settings, feel free to return to any of the previous steps.<\/li>\n<li>If you are ready, click <strong>Finish<\/strong>!
