To access logs, select <strong>Auditing&nbsp;<\/strong>from the left-hand navigation.<\/p>\n<p>There are several types of logs which you may view:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"panel-logs\"><strong>Panel logs<\/strong><a href=\"#panel-logs\" class=\"not-prose content-heading-link\">#<\/a><\/h3>\n<p>Panel logs contain a listing of all actions which system users perform using the panel interface.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.expertsender.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/1550846574561-logs_panel_EN.png\" style=\"width: truepx;\" class=\"fr-fic fr-dib fr-fil fr-bordered\"><\/p>\n<p>The log has the following structure:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>ID<\/strong>: The ID number of the action (actions are numbered consecutively)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Date<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Url<\/strong>: the address of the system part in which the action took place<\/li>\n<li><strong>Method<\/strong>: the <em>http&nbsp;<\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/restfulapi.net\/http-methods\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"\">method&nbsp;<\/a>used to carry out the action (GET if the action only retrieves information, POST if any information is sent to the system)<\/li>\n<li><strong>E-mail<\/strong>: the email address of the user performing the action<\/li>\n<li><strong>Remote IP<\/strong>: the IP of the user performing the action<\/li>\n<li><strong>Actions<\/strong>: here you can view some more details, such as the API method status or the user&#39;s browser<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"api-logs\"><strong>API logs<\/strong><a href=\"#api-logs\" class=\"not-prose content-heading-link\">#<\/a><\/h3>\n<p>API logs contain a listing of all connections to ExpertSender API made within the current business unit.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.expertsender.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/1550849349123-logs_api_EN.png\" style=\"width: truepx;\" class=\"fr-fic fr-dib fr-bordered fr-fil\"><\/p>\n<p>The log has the following structure:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>ID<\/strong>: The ID number of the action (actions are numbered consecutively)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Date<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Url<\/strong>: the address of the system part in which the action took place<\/li>\n<li><strong>Method<\/strong>: the <em>http&nbsp;<\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/restfulapi.net\/http-methods\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"\">method&nbsp;<\/a>used to carry out the action (GET if the action only retrieves information, POST if any information is sent to the system, PUT if any existing resource is updated, DELETE if any resource is removed)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Status<\/strong>: the <em>http&nbsp;<\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/restfulapi.net\/http-status-codes\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"\">status code<\/a> of the call<\/li>\n<li><strong>Remote IP<\/strong>: the IP of the user performing the action<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"hj-alert-block hj-info-block\">\n<div class=\"alert-message\">\n<h3 class=\"hj-alert-heading\" class=\"hj-alert-heading\" id=\"info\">Info<a href=\"#info\" class=\"not-prose content-heading-link\">#<\/a><\/h3>\n<p class=\"hj-alert-text\">Note that the API logs do not contain the content of the API calls.
