The minimum stretch time for sending email messages & more 📧

Email Messages: We have changed the minimum stretch time for sending from 60 to 1 message per minute 📧. This limitation will reduce the sending of too many requests in a short period, which could overload the server or network.

For selected clients, we have launched the exclusion of blocked email addresses from the calculations of subscriber lists and segments.
