Enhanced CSV/Excel Exports with Additional Metrics 📈

We’ve expanded the exported CSV/Excel reports by adding new performance metrics across multiple report types. In Email Summary and Email Messages, the exports now include Opens (%), Unique Opens (%), Clicks (%), and Unique Clicks (%). For SMS Summary and SMS Messages, we have added Clicks (%), while Web Push Summary and Web Push Messages now include Opens (%), Unique Opens (%), Clicks (%), and Unique Clicks (%). These updates provide deeper insights into message performance, and in the future, we may introduce additional metrics such as “Delivered (%)” in more reports.
