How to automatically move customer data from forms on your website to ECDP

You can automate uploading this data to the platform using three methods:

Method 1 – API

How it works: Transfer customer information from any form (custom-made or ExpertSender templates) directly to the platform using API queries. This includes contact details and marketing consents.

Method 3 – scraping existing forms

What is website scraping?
Website scraping automatically extracts data from websites. Scraping tools analyze your site’s structure, identify relevant elements, and extract them for further use. Common uses include data analysis, market research, and price monitoring.

How form scraping works: If your website already has a form collecting customer data and marketing consents, we can scrape it using a configured script. When customers submit their information, the script automatically transfers their data and granted consents to the platform.
