Dashboard

The dashboard displays the most important statistics on your customer interactions. With all the essential information in one place, you can quickly analyze trends and behaviors crucial to your business. The top three panels show:

The top three panels display information about:

  1. The revenue generated on your online store through ExpertSender CDP.
  2. The revenue breakdown per channel, such as email or pop-up.
  3. Shortcuts to creating new emails, scenarios, segments, or RMF analysis.

Use the calendar above to set the desired time range of data for both statistics. Use tabs next to the calendar to help narrow the data period to:

  • The last 7 days from the current day,
  • The previous full week,
  • 30 days from the current day,
  • The last whole month.

Now, onto the next statistics

Below is a summary on your best-converting scenarios and the most effective email campaigns.

The next two graphics show your customer journey towards purchase.

  1. Web conversion funnel – shows total revenue from sessions in your unit currency. The bar graph visualizes the following steps:
    • Sessions – number of sessions minus bounce sessions,
    • Product visits – sum of abandoned browse sessions, abandoned cart sessions, and sessions with orders,
    • Carts – abandoned cart sessions plus sessions with orders,
    • Orders – sessions with orders.
  2. Web recommendation funnel – shows total revenue from ordered recommended products in your unit currency. The bar graph visualizes the following metrics:
    • Product views –  number of recommended product visits,
    • Cart additions – number of cart additions of recommended products,
    • Ordered products – number of ordered recommended products with a unique product ID.

Set the time range for both statistics using the date fields at the top of the page.

The next chart supplements the revenue per the channel statistics. You can track the share of each channel in generating revenue over a specified time period, such as hours, days, and weeks. The chart displays all channels by default, but you can switch between them by clicking Email and Pop-up labels.

The last statistics show:

  • The total number of customers within a given time range.
  • Pie charts with consent information, including channel’s names and percentage of consents in each channel. This panel displays three consents by default. Use arrows to navigate between all available consents.
