Discount codes

With ExpertSender CDP, you can add your own discount codes to incentivize your customers to make purchases on your website. The promo codes can be used in newsletters, scenario email messages, landing pages or even pop-ups.

To access and manage discount codes in ExpertSender platform, go to Customers > Discount codes.

Here you will find a grid table with discount code sets you have imported to the platform.

Sets are collections of discount codes assigned to a specific marketing campaign, like a seasonal sale or a ‘subscribe to newsletter’ offer. Grouping codes in sets makes them easier to manage and gives you a real-time overview of how they are used in a particular campaign.

The table provides the following information for each discount code set:

  • ID – the identifying number of a discount codes set,
  • Set name,
  • Codes in set – the number of discount codes imported or added manually to the set,
  • Used – the number of discount codes used in e-mail messages,
  • Unused – the number of discount codes remaining in the set,
  • Actions to perform on the set: browse, import codes from a file, add codes manually, edit set’s name, delete set.

Now, let’s learn how to import discount codes to ExpertSender platform.
