Customer dashboard

The Customer Dashboard provides direct access to your customer database and tools for managing it. Here are the key features:

  • Importing and exporting customer data in bulk.
  • Adding and editing individual customer profile.
  • Customer 360 profile overview.
  • Advanced filtering options for your customer database.

The top dashboard panel displays general statistics about your customer database growth over time, including the number and types of consents, total revenue and orders quantity in real time.

To view visual data for each category, click Total customers, Revenue or Orders tab. You can also set a specific time range using the calendar function above the graph.

The pie charts show the total number of customer consents for each communication channel (email and SMS) and consent type. To hide the statistics, click the arrow at the bottom of the panel.

Below the statistics panel, you’ll find a grid table containing customer data. The table is sorted as follows:

  • ID – customer’s identifying number,
  • CRM ID – a unique ID number assigned to the customer in your CRM tool,
  • Email – the address provided by the customer during registration or newsletter subscription,
  • Phone,
  • First name,
  • Last name,
  • Action buttons: access to Customer 360 profile and delete customer data.

Here are some additional actions you can perform on the grid table:

  • Quick search – filter the customer base using additional attributes and data. You will find the quick search option above the grid table.
  • Adjust number of customer records displayed in the grid – use the dropdown list below the grid to choose between 10, 20, 50 or 100 records.
  • Browse data in the grid with pagination tool available below the grid.
